Where its kept
The personal data we collect is held at our office in Boston and dealt with by Martin Heaton. The details on the contracts will then be seen by the team leaders on the day of your event. By giving us your personal data, you agree to us holding your information and for team leaders to see this information.
What we hold and for how long
We hold your contact details on our database. If we have not done business with you after 5 years your contact details will be deleted.
We collect data on our contracts, filled in and signed by you. These hard copies are held in a safe place at our offices in Boston for 5 years for tax purposes. After this period these hard copies are destroyed.
